The suspended roller cement pipe making machine is the most widely used classic model in China, consisting of a main engine, suspended roller shaft, steel mold, drive system, and feeder. The working principle is that the motor drives the suspension roller to rotate, and the steel mold sleeve rotates synchronously on the roller shaft. After the concrete is put into the mold, it is continuously compacted and pressed by the roller shaft, and the pipe wall is uniform and thick. Core advantages: simple structure, low failure rate, outdoor production capacity, low infrastructure investment, suitable for multi specification pipes such as flat mouth, enterprise mouth, and socket, with a single shift production capacity of 80 to 120 meters. Our main product is large-diameter Φ 600 3000mm drainage pipes, which are widely used in municipal main pipelines, culverts, and large-scale water conservancy projects. It is the preferred equipment for small and medium-sized pipe factories to expand production.



The centrifugal cement pipe making machine uses the mold to rotate at high speed (300 1000r/min), utilizing centrifugal force to evenly adhere the concrete to the inner wall of the mold, and throwing out excess moisture to achieve compaction. Advantages: The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the impermeability is excellent, the forming speed is fast, and it is suitable for small and medium-sized pipes with a diameter of Φ 100 1200mm. The mass production efficiency is high; Disadvantages: high production noise, excessive waste slurry that can easily pollute the environment, significant loss of cement slurry, and insufficient compactness of large-diameter pipes. Suitable for community drainage, farmland irrigation, and small municipal pipe networks, suitable for engineering scenarios with high requirements for inner wall flatness.
