What is a Cement Pipe Roller Welder?
It is the core forming equipment for cement pipe production.
Designed specifically for welding the steel reinforcement cages of concrete drainage pipes and culverts, it enables automatic and
precise welding of the circular and longitudinal steel bars of the cage. Replacing manual welding, it significantly improves both
the strength of the reinforcement cage and production efficiency, making it an essential piece of equipment for large-scale cement
pipe manufacturing.
Tailored to support infrastructure projects such as municipal engineering, highway construction, and water conservancy projects,
it is used to produce steel reinforcement cages for cement pipes with diameters ranging from φ300mm to φ5000mm. Controlled by a
numerical control system, it automatically completes longitudinal bar feeding, circular bar winding, weld spot positioning, and
welding. The welding process is free from cold welding and missing welds; the formed reinforcement cage features high rigidity and
precise dimensions, and can be directly used in the subsequent cement pipe pouring and forming process.
